2. Using OnlyCarsMalta
As a condition of your use of OnlyCarsMalta, you agree that you will not:
- Violate any Maltese laws or regulations.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Post vehicles that you do not own or do not have the right to sell.
- Distribute viruses, spam, or technologies that may harm the platform or its users.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or automated means to access content without our written permission.
- Harvest or collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
- Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to our services.
3. Listing Rules
- Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle data (mileage, condition, year) submitted.
- Duplicate Listings: You may not create multiple listings for the exact same vehicle to dominate search results.
- Prohibited Items: Only vehicles and vehicle-related parts may be listed. Irrelevant content will be removed.
4. Fees and Services
- Using OnlyCarsMalta is generally free. Optional features (such as "Boosted Listings" or "Premium Status") may attract a fee.
- Non-Refundable: Fees paid for premium features are non-refundable, even if the item is sold before the feature expires.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change our fee policies with prior notice.
5. Liability & Indemnification
- Venue Only: OnlyCarsMalta is a venue. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
- No Warranty: We do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
